Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch
We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. Every order is dispatched on the same day or the next working day after order confirmation.

2. Standard Delivery Timelines

  • Within Karachi: 1 to 3 working days.

  • Nationwide (Out of City): 3 to 5 working days.
    (Note: Minor delays may occasionally occur during major sales, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier issues.)

3. Urgent Delivery

  • Karachi: Same-day urgent delivery is available via Bykea or inDrive.

  • Nationwide: Urgent dispatch is available via TCS.

  • Please note: Customers requesting urgent delivery must bear the actual shipping charges for these specific services.

4. Order Tracking & Accuracy
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking information with you via email and WhatsApp. Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address to avoid any failed deliveries.
