1. Return & Refund Policy

  • Refunds are strictly applicable only if the product delivered to you is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for a "change of mind."

  • To claim a refund for a damaged or faulty item, you must ship the product back to us. Your refund will be processed only after our warehouse team receives and inspects the item.

2. Exchange Policy (Size & Color)

  • We offer exchanges if you need a different size or color.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original pin-packed condition with all tags intact.

  • How it works: You will need to ship the item back to our warehouse. Once we receive and verify the item, we will issue a Voucher Code equal to the product's value. You can apply this code at checkout to place a new order for your desired size or color.
